Nanhi Jaan  celebrated Children’s Day on 14 November 2022, with Gazipur Elementary School and Government Primary School, Sanouli kids. Both schools are located on the outskirts of Chandigarh.

We arranged to hold drawing competition in both the schools and students from 1st to 5th class participated. In addition biscuits were distributed among all the children.

Team Nanhi Jaan also donated Punjabi story books and religious Punjabi books to both schools. Prizes were given to the drawing competition winners and a token of gift was given to cultural program participants.

Both Schools also organized a program by the name of Bal Mela.

On the same day, Nanhi Jaan also distributed sixty packets of biscuits, ration and stationary to Samarpan kids. Samarpan is a NGO working for upliftment of slum children.
